Life really knows how to hand us a truckload of challenges and misery, and then some. And no matter how hard we try to fake it 'til we make it, our forced smiles and positivity can only take us so far until we breakdown.
This week wasn't one of my easiest and I realised that you can't always force yourself to be positive. There's a limit to how far that false positivity can take us. The truth is, it's ok not to be ok all the time. It's ok to cry out your frustrations. It means you're acknowledging your struggle and that you can't do everything by yourself. And that's the first step to overcoming your problem.
Life throws all kinds of things our way and yes, they will cause us to hit the brakes and stand still for a while. But don't let those problems hold you down.
Today's post gives 10 quotes that will help inspire you to get back on your horse after falling down or when you've hit that stop sign in your life and things are looking gloomy.
1. Every day may not be good, but there is some good in every day.” ~ Alice Morse Earle
2. “Stop focusing on how stressed you are and remember how blessed you are.” ~ Unknown
3. “Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.” ~ Les Misérables
4. Each day you only have a limited amount of time and energy. Don’t waste it stressing about things you cannot control. ~ Karen Salmansohn
5. You are more powerful than your circumstances. They don't define you. You do.

Hope these quotes help. Remember that no matter what you're dealing with, the sun will come out tomorrow. Weeping may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). God wouldn't allow you to go through anything He knows you can't handle. So don't give up, no matter what!
Stay blessed and stay a blessing.
